Thank you for your interest in joining Scattered Arts. We are a vibrant community of creatives who share ideas, host events, and support one another. Please read through the membership details below and complete the application form.
Membership Process
All applications are subject to approval by the management committee. Successful applicants will be notified by email with payment details for the membership fee.

Membership Responsibilities
As a cooperative, we rely on active member participation to keep our community thriving. Members are encouraged to:

Help with organising events and exhibitions.

Contribute a few hours to shop management or administrative tasks.

Participate in meetings and decision-making to support the goals of Scattered Arts.
Conditions of Membership:

My work is exhibited and transported at my own risk, and I am responsible for the insurance of my exhibit at all points of sale, including pop-up shops and exhibitions.

The work exhibited must be original, created by the exhibiting member, and a commission will be deducted by the Gallery on sales.

Members are responsible for attaining appropriate copyright permissions for artworks and products as stipulated in the Copyright Legislation of Australia.

Members must present work in a sale-ready condition, including proper pricing and artist code labeling.

Members must maintain their own inventory of work.

Members wishing to sell work at organised events must assist in the running of events or participate in Association administration.

Members can sell online through Scattered Arts Online Shop and Scattered Arts Creative per policies in place.
Membership Fees
Membership is current for 1 year from 1 July to 30 June each year. Membership will lapse if unpaid on 1 August.

Membership Definitions
Active Member:
Participates in all association activities and may hold office according to eligibility criteria.
Life Member:
Awarded to those who have rendered outstanding service to the association over a number of years.
