Picket Fence - Garden Lantern Workshop ($120)

Ever dreamed of having your own picket fence garden, complete with white posts and floral blooms? Here is your chance to have your own. Create and decorate your own “Picket Fence” Glass Garden themed Lanterns. Glass panels will be cut to fit pre-purchased, commercial garden lanterns. These panels will be decorated using cut glass pieces, glass accessories and trimmings to create a unique glass art garden light feature. Students will learn to use glass cutting tools and equipment in a safe learning environment. They will use sheet glass, glass accessories and tools to create their own “Picket Fence ” garden panels.

The glass panels will be fired in a kiln off site and returned to the store for the students to collect during the following week.

Students are required to wear closed in shoes and have long sleeved clothing and/or aprons. Long hair is to be tied back.
