The 2013 Scattered Arts Cancer Council Morning Tea was a great success! Once again, the members baked till they dropped which was most appreciated by those who attended. The multi-choice raffle was also a great success, judging by the smiles of the winners.

Over 40 people attended the morning tea, making their contribution to those who are working towards a cure for cancer. The food was delicious with hot cups of coffee and tea provided by Kit Thomas, one of the Scattered Arts stalwarts (thanks Kit!). A big thanks to all who baked for the day and donated prizes for the raffle. A big thanks also to Hilary Wakeling, who opened her latest exhibition "Doggy Daze" and provided insight into her doggy models. A lovely example of an artist who knows how to pull the old heart strings! And as per usual, SA President Wendy Goode and committee put their all into organising the event. Thanks, girls!
